We are seeking a passionate, hard-working Back-of-House Kitchen Porter who is local to Chesham, Bucks to join our fun, family-run environment.

A Kitchen Porter is a crucial part of every kitchen to help the kitchen run successfully. Following strict hygiene and health and safety rules is an important part of the work and Food Hygiene Level 1 & 2 training will be included with the role. You will be responsible for ensuring food preparation sites are clean and tidy, collecting, washing crockery and cutlery and storing them correctly as well as sorting recycling.

About you:

You will be a good team player, a fast worker with great communication skills, willingness to learn, and an enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. You will be happy to work various hours and sometimes at short notice on a zero-hours contract. Ability to work in high pressure environments calmly, courteously and methodically is key.

About you:

You will be a team player and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and excellent communication and time-keeping skills. Applicants must hold a relevant CPC license and have ability to confidently and competently drive a 7.5T mobile kitchen truck as well as carrying out maintenance and set up of the truck on location. Global Infusion Group operates a diverse portfolio of brands that include e2b, GIG, Eat to the Beat and Bonnie May Food & Events, with clients including major corporates, global sporting events, international artist, festivals, film and TV production companies.

Due to business growth/maternity absences we are looking for an interim accounts assistant to support the finance teams across locations in Chesham and Aston Clinton pending the consolidation of the business into one location in Aston Clinton.

The role will sit within the finance team reporting to the Financial controller, and duties will include:

Purchase ledger processing
Purchase ledger payment runs
Sales ledger processing
Credit control/debtors reporting
Reconciliations – various
Journal processing
Payments processing on online banking system
Expenditure analysis/posting
Other duties supporting team members and Financial Controller as required

Skills required:
Experience of working in an accounts team in a multi-faceted role
Experience of sage 200 and/or Sun desirable
Intermediate Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent numeracy skills
A ‘can-do’ attitude and a team-player mindset
