Bonnie May

Global Operations Director, GIG

In 1989, at just age 19, Bonnie hit the road feeding some of the biggest artists as well as catering at the worlds greatest events.

Her organisational and culinary skills were honed with legends such as Frank Sinatra and Carole King and events including the London 2012 Olympics, the National TV Awards, hospitality for Virgin London Marathon and recently in Pyeongchang, as well as working with clients through GIG’s offices in US, China and Middle East.

However, Bonnie is never far from her own kitchen, cooking up some amazing treats using her home grown produce!
