As CEO Bonnie is responsible for the overall management and strategy for GIG, Eat to the Beat, Bonnie May Food & Events and e2b and leads a multi-disciplined team. Together they deliver world-class events and brand logistic support to lavish private events, royal weddings, governmental summits, international automotive roadshows, world expos and major sporting events worldwide. Having worked within the business for over 30 years, Bonnie has been involved in some incredible events and played an integral role in the Group’s expansion and growth.

Personal highlights include scooping not only the Best International Businesswoman, but the Overall Winner at the National Business Women’s Awards in 2019 and then Lockdown Leader at 2020/21 awards. Bonnie was also shortlisted in the Foodservice Caterer award category of the prestigious Cateys in both 2020 and 2021.

Mary joined the company in February 1990 after completing a degree in Food Science at Strathclyde University.

Mary’s illustrious career has seen her baking scones for the Pope and presenting a birthday cake on stage to the Dali Lama at Glastonbury, meeting the Queen on her 90th Birthday when she came to see the catering set up at the Royal Windsor Horse Show and catering for the The Queen Mothers’ 100th birthday. Mary has also opened up the whole catering service, including concessions, for The Anthem, a new venue in Washington D.C.

Nowadays Mary is mostly office based overseeing world stadium tours for bands like Coldplay, Arena tours with Franz Ferdinand, Dua Lipa and Slipknot, TV shows like Bake Off (no pressure) and Dancing on Ice, comedy tours for Billy Conolly, John Bishop and Michael Macintyre, touring shows for Monty Python and Dynamo, and of course festivals including Glastonbury, Isle of Wight and Reading.
