Global Infusion Group’s new purpose-built premises in Aston Clinton have been awarded a COVID-SAFER UK quality mark by Safer Assured. The robust health and safety assurance standard was developed by environmental health experts in the field of infection control and legal compliance.
Having carried out an in-depth review of Global Infusion Group’s facility and working procedures, Safer Assured’s auditors and mentors were happy to certify that the company was adhering to the strict controls it sets out to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
This includes but it is not limited to regular assessments of current and emerging risks; comprehensive training, health screening and the provision of the correct PPE for all staff and crew; increased sanitising routines; implementing social distancing and the appointment of designated managers to monitor and implement the controls.
Safer Assured is a Standards and Certification Body and a trading company owned by Safer Food Scores. Environmental health experts with more than 40 years’ experience in the field of infection control and legal compliance have developed their COVID-SAFER UK Standard which is ‘primary authority assured’ by Milton Keynes Council.
