When it comes to festivals, they don’t come much bigger or more globally renowned than Glastonbury.

Over the course of ten days, Dua Lipa played to packed out venues in Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff, Birmingham and London, so it was essential that the food served in between shows was of an excellent standard. The highly experienced and award-winning Eat to the Beat team quickly set about creating menu options for Dua Lipa and her team that catered to an array of dietary requirements, ensuring that all tastes were catered for.
With Dua Lipa being paleo, Eat to the Beat had to create a range of tasty non-processed menu options that were free of wheat and dairy. These included a delicious coconut dahl, spiced cauliflower steak, charred roti and a crispy salmon nicoise, soft poached egg, kalamata olives, steamed jersey royals, green beans and roast cherry tomatoes.
As always, the Eat to the Beat team stringently met all dietary requirement, ensuring all food was clearly labelled and providing full list of ingredients.
Commenting on Eat to the Beat’s contribution, the tour manager said: ‘Word has got out about how amazing the catering is…the guys have been absolutely amazing!’
