New leadership team for Global Infusion Group
Bonnie May, previously GIG’s global operations director, takes on the role of CEO and Richard Duff joins the company as managing director as the business emerges from the pandemic.

DTO Motorsports initially approached GIG to deliver catering for a series of luxury track day experiences for its high-end clientele in September. With Covid-19 safety a priority, the culinary team created bespoke corporate lunch boxes which were both delicious and practical. Individually boxed and tailored to meet any specific dietary requirements, the food is delivered without contact to race tracks including Brands Hatch and Silverstone on the relevant day. They’ve proved to be such a hit with DTO Motorsports’ clients that GIG is now making regular deliveries.
On the menu are homemade sausage rolls, salt beef and piccalilli on brown bread, cheese and chutney on tiger bread, caprese skewer, charcuterie skewer, cheese selection skewer, crudités and hummus, chocolate brownies and cherries and olives.
