DTO Motorsports approached GIG to deliver catering for a series of luxury track day experiences for its high-end clientele this September. With Covid-19 safety a priority, the culinary team created bespoke corporate lunch boxes which were both delicious and practical.  Individually boxed and tailored to meet any specific dietary requirements, the food was delivered without contact to Brands Hatch and Silverstone on the relevant day.

On the menu were homemade sausage rolls, salt beef and piccalilli on brown bread, cheese and chutney on tiger bread, caprese skewer, charcuterie skewer, cheese selection skewer, crudités and hummus, chocolate brownies and cherries and olives. The lunch boxes were a huge hit with DTO’s clients.
