Global Infusion Group appoints Tim Young as Managing Director
Event, catering and brand logistics specialist Global Infusion Group has appointed Tim Young as its new managing director.

Located on a warms summers day in a quite haven just outside of Kent, the scene was perfectly set for a sophisticated but intimate Wedding Day. Bonnie May Food and Events, GIG’s sister-company, were delighted to be specially chosen to provide catering and management services for the big day. They constructed 2 beautiful marquees on the grounds of the bride’s family home for the wedding reception, with personally chosen carpet, lighting, furniture and decorations – all specially selected for their special day.
Over 160 specially selected guests were greeted by a champagne and canape reception. Then the strong team of 49 served up a spectacular 3 course dinner, beginning with a Mezze board then for the main, Pan roast beef fillet, on an herbed potato cake and served with braised baby carrots and a shallot red wine sauce. To finish off, Passion fruit and vanilla cheesecake, fresh grapefruit and rosewater honeycomb. Later on in the night, guests were treated to late night munchies including Bourbon pulled pork buns, Halloumi bites and Mudslide and brownie shooters – everything you could wish for at the end of the night!

This year BMFE are already in a Wedding season frenzy. They have confirmed events at the beautiful Hedsor House, a magnificent country house and a unique wedding venue where they are a preferred supplier. They also have some very exciting plans for Hampden House in the village of Great Hampden and Bicester Heritage, a hub for historic motoring excellence.
